Provence holiday rental rates

The rental rate includes: utilities, air conditioning in 4 bedrooms, bedlinen, towels, pool towels, satellite TV, local phone calls, and 3 hours of cleaning 3 days a week.

Rental periods run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. To secure a booking you would need to send a 25% deposit, with the balance payable up to 8 weeks before your stay.

Cancellation policy: if I can find another renter for your dates we will return any money sent (minus bank charges).

The house is for a maximum of 10 people over the age of 5. We regret that pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.

The security deposit is 600 euros and is returned on departure.
